Edwin Savadian » Executive Property Manager, CEO
Edwin’s knowledge and experience reaches nearly every facet of real estate management. At GPM, he directs the daily operations of the properties, which include leasing, inspecting properties, communicating with owners, contracting for services, directing major repairs, and other administrative functions. Edwin works with new clients during the account setup process and is the point of contact for their accounts.
Ed Periyan » Property Manager, CFO
Ed brings expertise and experience to GPM, particularly in real estate finance, budgeting, and reporting. He manages the property trust accounts for our clients, and provides them with detailed reports and outstanding customer service. Ed is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the Beverly Hills Association of Realtors, and the Glendale Chamber of Commerce. Ed studied Accounting and Global Studies and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
