We create and post eye-catching advertisements to our website and dozens of top rental listing websites which include the Zillow Rental Network, Apartments.com, HotPads, Radpad, and many more. Rentals are also listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) which tens of thousands of Realtors use to find their clients the perfect property.
How do you screen applicants/tenants?
We have a thorough screening process which includes:
- Collecting and verifying information provided by each applicant
- Verifying employment and income
- Obtaining and reviewing a credit report with FICO Score
- Verifying rental history
- Checking eviction history
- Checking criminal history
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage single-family homes and condos, multi-unit dwellings, apartment complexes, office spaces, and retail spaces.
When do I receive my monthly disbursement?
As soon as rents are collected at the beginning of each month and those fund have cleared the bank account, we issue your monthly disbursement either by ACH payment, which is received into your account the following business day, or by mailing you a check.
What type of reports do I get and how often?
We provide you a report called the Owner Statement every month along with your monthly disbursement. The Owner Statement shows you the rents that were collected, the expenses for the period, and the disbursement that was made to you.
Other reports are also available upon request at no additional charge and include the cash flow statement, balance sheet, general ledger, income statement, and more.
Can I use my own vendors?
Yes. If you have preferred vendors, we’re happy to work with them.
