When you sign up with GPM, we'll review your existing insurance policy to ensure it is up-to-date with the proper coverage needed to protect you in case your property is damaged. We also require that tenants obtain and carry renter's insurance throughout their tenancy. This may prevent claims against your property insurance or may cover the deductible in more serious incidents.
